After nearly a decade in corporate operations, process management, and team leadership, I know what it’s like to juggle 20+ projects, lead a team, support directors, and keep everything moving forward. I also know what it feels like to be stretched thin and crave a better, more sustainable way of working.
I’ve seen the difference the right systems, team, and support can make and I’m here to show you that it is possible to grow a thriving business without sacrificing your sanity or the quality of your work.
I love turning chaos into collaboration. For me, it’s not just about managing tasks or hitting performance goals, it’s about empowering people. I’ve learned that when you focus on building strong relationships, the results naturally follow.
In 2024, I launched @support to help growing businesses like yours implement simple systems and smart strategies. My mission is to help CEOs step back from the daily grind and focus on high-level growth. I’ll work with you to clearly define team roles and responsibilities, implement effective workflows, and provide the tools and support your team needs to take ownership and deliver with confidence, so you can step away from the business without everything falling apart.

I used to captain a hockey team, somewhere along the way I swapped hockey sticks for dumbbells. You'll find me in the gym, personal training, boxing, and dancing with the girls — dance classes have been on my bucket list since I watched Step Up as a kid 💃
Which leads me to movies? Absolute magic. The cinema is my forever happy place ✨
I’ve got the travel bug big time — now that I’m self-employed, I’m making it a priority to explore more of the world 🌍✈️
